The following optional hardware items are recommended:

  • Tablet – an iPad or Android touchscreen tablet with front camera is recommended. Install our StoreApp on the tablet to enable member operations at your counter, for example acquire member or make redemption. Or if you prefer we can supply an Android tablet tested and setup ready for use for $299.00
    • Ipad Tablet: require from iOS 10.27 or later
    • Android Tablet: require from version 4.9 or later
    • Android Smartphone: require from version 4.9 or later
    • Tablet stand – a tablet stand to hold and display the tablet upright for visibility and easy access for customers.
    • Tablet cable lock – anti-theft tablet cable lock to safeguard your tablet. (Optional)

Can member's name be personalised on the Email/SMS message?

Yes as long as you have requested their name when they fill in the application from sent by the initial SMS
